Cancellation & Refund Policy

- 24-Hour Notice: Appointments cancelled at least 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund of any deposit paid.
- Less Than 24 Hours: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are subject to a cancellation fee equal to the deposit amount.
- No-Shows: If you are not available at the agreed-upon time and location without prior notice, the full service fee will be charged.
- Rescheduling: We are happy to reschedule your appointment at no extra charge with at least 24 hours' notice.
- Incomplete Signings: If a signing cannot be completed due to missing or incorrect documents provided by the client, a trip fee may apply.

By using the services provided by Hassle Free Notary Services LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Services Provided
We provide mobile and online notary public services, including but not limited to: witnessing signatures, administering oaths and affirmations, loan signing services, and apostille coordination. We are a Notary Public & Loan Signing Agent — we are not attorneys and do not provide legal advice.
Client Responsibilities
- Provide valid, government-issued photo identification at the time of notarization
- Ensure all documents are complete and ready for signing before the appointment
- Be present at the agreed-upon location and time
- Provide accurate contact and scheduling information
Fees & Payment
Service fees are communicated at the time of booking. Travel fees may apply based on location. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon. We reserve the right to charge for no-shows and late cancellations as outlined in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Refusal of Service
We reserve the right to decline or discontinue service if: the signer cannot provide proper identification, the signer appears to be under duress or coercion, the documents appear fraudulent or incomplete, or the situation poses a safety concern.
Limitation of Liability
Hassle Free Notary Services LLC is not liable for any errors, omissions, or issues arising from the content of the documents being notarized. Our responsibility is limited to performing notarial acts in accordance with Florida state law. We are bonded and insured for your protection.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Florida.
