Everything you need to know about our mobile notary services.
A mobile notary is a commissioned notary public who travels to your location to perform notarizations. Instead of going to an office, we come to your home, workplace, hospital, or any convenient meeting place.
You'll need a valid, government-issued photo ID (driver's license, passport, or state ID). The documents to be notarized should be unsigned — you'll sign them in my presence. If witnesses are required, they should also bring valid IDs.
Fees vary based on the number of documents, type of service, and travel distance. Standard notarizations start at $25 per signature. Loan signings and real estate closings have separate pricing. Contact us for a free quote.
Yes! We offer same-day and next-day appointments whenever possible. For urgent requests, call us directly at (352) 862-0376 and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

Absolutely. We regularly visit hospitals, nursing homes, and assisted living facilities. We understand the urgency these situations may require and handle them with extra care and sensitivity.
We can accommodate signers who are unable to physically sign through the use of signature by mark (X) or by directing another person to sign on their behalf in accordance with state law. Contact us to discuss your specific situation.
Yes, we're available 7 days a week, including most holidays. Weekend and holiday appointments may have slightly different pricing. Book online or call to schedule.
I am not an attorney and am not licensed to practice law. I cannot provide legal advice, explain legal documents, or advise you on the legal implications of any document you are signing.
As a Notary Public, my role is limited to verifying the identity of signers, witnessing signatures, and administering oaths or affirmations as permitted by state law.
If you have questions about the content or legal effect of any document, please consult a qualified attorney before your notary appointment.
